rEvolution is seeking an Assistant Account Executive. In this role, reporting to the Account Executiveyou will be a positive, proactive and productive team member responsible for helping the account management team manage the agency’s resources to meet and exceed client needs.

You Will:

• Maintain ongoing communication with client contacts around programs as needed
• Work with rEvolution service teams, other agency partners, vendors and third parties
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients that attribute to the success and growth of our business
• Serve as a supporting point-of-contact for vendors involved with client projects when needed
• Assists in managing one or more client programs
• Assists in the development of proposals, program materials and client recaps/updates
• Supports the build and maintenance of project tracking tools that serve as both a road map for client reporting and internal team organization

You Have:

• 0-1 year of client management experience at an agency, brand or sports/entertainment property
• Desire to learn and work in a fun, face-paced industry with constantly changing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, to peers, senior stakeholders, and clients
• Flexibility to work long hours when necessary which may include nights and weekends
• Ability to travel 30%

This hybrid role is based in our fabulous Chicago or Detroit offices, but has a global reach
